The penthouse was huge, beautiful, clean, and had the most amazing views and the wrap around patio is to die for; the neighborhood felt upscale and walkable, and the condo building was well secured with 24hr doorman, codes and gates for the parking garage, etc. The surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and was close to downtown. Things to know: it is pet friendly so if you have allergies it might be an issue(we did see a few pet hairs on the couch, but if u have pets you know you’ll never get all the hair so we were fine and didn’t count this against cleanliness); bring extra towels/washcloths bc there are only 4 of each. The views are amazing but there are about 8 blinds that you may have to manually open and shut each day/night to enjoy the view; Vrbo had the wrong listing across from Kia Stadium and it’s actually a mile away(hopefully that’s been updated) and had it listed as 2BR/1Ba, but it’s 2bedroom and 2bath; there are 2 sets of doors to navigate to get to the condo from the garage; garage directions say park on street if have an oversized vehicle, but we were able to park in garage and navigate it just fine with an Expedition XL (just for size reference). Overall, this place was gorgeous and everyone who visited us loved it as well, I gave it 5 stars!

Wonderful will be booking again in the future

This was a beautiful day with views that were insane! Even the beds were super comfortable and everything was convenient within 6 to 10 minutes of everything and everywhere we wanted to go downtown.
