Modern 3 bedroom condo in downtown w free parking

Positive: Everything was excellent! The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay!

Nice Positive: Comfortable and location Negative: Kitchen wasn't well stocked, 3 forks, 2 glasses, no salt, pepper sugar; bathroom only 4 toilet rolls for 4 days 6 people😟

Overall we definitely would stay again and recommend . The experience in the beginning when checking-in we did not recei Positive: The property was really welcoming felt at home, enjoyed the location of the apartment, well secured building and did not have to report to staff often, property was well upkeep Negative: The electricity was trippy a bit, the both bathroom bulbs blew or flicker but didn’t felt it was a hazard. The 2nd bedroom ac was not working guest was hot most of the nights, apart from that the whole apartment became very cool at night

Positive: I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this apartment!!! It was so cozy, super clean, spacious, and safe!!! I stayed here for about a week. I didn't want to leave it! I had family over, and it was great for them, too. The beds were really comfortable. The location was perfect! Close to Lake Epla Park, publix Grocery Store, Restaurants, and Cafes. All with walking distance. Parking was easy, in the garage of the building- you have a designated spot. Downtown Orlando is beautiful! The host was wonderful. I absolutely enjoyed my stay!!! This is my spot for future Orlando visits!

The neighborhood feels safe and it’s a cute little town.The condo was very clean and beautiful. We had a great stay!
