Modern 3 bedroom condo in downtown w free parking

Great location, safe, clean, and roomy! We will be back! Positive: It was very quiet and very roomy and a great location Negative: Being newer, it needs a few more little things just to round out their supplies, but that was ticky-tacky and the owner was awesome about taking feedback

Great communication from the host at all hours! Very spacious and upscale apartment with 3 big bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, fully stocked with everything we needed. Parking garage is nice plus you can walk to Lake Eola and restaurants around it. Would definitely stay here again if I returned to Orlando.

Just wow. . I dont know what was with that other review, but I sure can confirm there were absolutely no critters anywhere in this vrbo. Matter in fact, it was pretty darn clean through and through in that place. Not sure who it is I've talking to, Nabeel and or Ana, but these guys were great. Gave very clear, easy and concise check in and out instructions. Huge perk is the designated parking spot so your vehicle will be safe, not so great perk is there is a HUGE pickup truck that park next to you so rent a mid to smaller vehicle, you'd need to park exact in between the lines. Location was so ideal, you're near everything within walking distance, flower shop, michelin guide restaurants, bars and eola park itself being 3 to 4 blocks away. It was just me so the place was overkill with bed and 2 full baths, but all very comfy king size beds. Temperature control was fine and very spacious, only thing I'd say is be careful with the bars that hold toilet paper and towels, for some reason they're fragile. The balcony was a nice touch nothing crazy, along with the washer and dryer. Overall I'd definitely come back again, love the area and the service that was provided to me.

The pool was not the same as the picture advertised. But more I’m importantly the entire place was roach infested! My kids didn’t even want to take a shower on the front restroom because there was so many roaches
